Login to Manage Account or Change Master Login
How to login to your subscription management page or change the master login
The master account is where you can Manage your account/subscription. In order to manage your account/subscription you must have the master account login or permission.

🔑 Login to your Master Account to Manage Subscription :
There are two ways an owner or a permitted user can get to the Manage Subscription Page:
1. Go to https://login.envisiongo.com/ and make sure to tick the circle option for Manage Envision Subscription

2. Login as a user account then click on the menu in the upper right hand corner. You then click on Manage Account. (If you do not see this option you do not have permission to manage the account)

🆘 What if I am the owner and I don't know my Master Login?
If you do not know your master login you can try the forgot password button.

If all else fails, an Envision technical support team member can assist you with proof of ownership so that we may help you get into your Envision Subscription page.
Technical support will then verify that you are not able to get into your master account and will instruct you to send proof of ownership to admin. Admin will confirm or deny proof of ownership. If approved, technical support will assist you in recovering your Master Login information.
🔐 Change Master Login
In order to change your account's master login you must be able to first login to the master account. Please read above if you are not able to login to the master account.
Once you are logged into the master account you will click on Update master username and/or Update master password to change the master login.

🔓 Grant User Permission to Manage Account/Subscription
Any user can access the Subscription Management page and make changes if they have permission. In order to give permissions you must be able to login to the master account. Please read above if you are not able to login to the master account.
Once you are logged into the master account you will click on Manage users, passwords, security levels:

Then edit the user you would like to give permissions to and tick the box that says☑️ Allow this user to manage account/subscription changes :

This user will now be able to access the manage subscription page through login in and clicking Manage Account in the menu on the upper right of their screen.
