Doctor and Nurse Signatures
An overview of how to setup and sign your Dr. or nurse signature.

Store or Edit your Signature
In order to sign in the system as a Doctor or Nurse you must first store your signature in the system. You can do so in your employee profile. You must be signed in as yourself to sign. Once you edit or double click your employee profile, you will see an option at the bottom right that says Stored Employee Signature. When you click on this you can edit or setup your signature here.
Sign your Signature
The signatures tab is used for nurse and doctor signatures to be entered on the treatment record.

To sign, use the autofill button. This will fill in the signature of the signed-in provider that was stores previously on your employee profile.
Once signed, the printed name of the corresponding doctor or nurse will be shown below the signature to identify the signature if it is difficult to read.
Signatures from a medical professional can be required for specific services. This can set up under the Service List.
