Gift Card List Report
This report shows all gift cards sold in the selected date range. Gift Cards sold through the sales register can appear on this report, as well as gift cards sold online with Envision. This report allows you to pull a wide range of data regarding gift cards like a client's remaining amount or the total amount of money spent using gift cards within your business for a period of time.
Options Include:

All or Single Client
Only Show Gift Cards with Available Balance
Sales Type Selection
Expiration Status Selection
Sort By Options

Prepaid Products - Outstanding Report
The Prepaid Products - Outstanding Report shows items sold to clients that are marked as prepaid . This report allows you to view information about outstanding prepaid purchases, meaning not expired or there is a quantity remaining.

The Prepaid Products - Sales/Awarded Report shows items sold to clients that are marked as prepaid, displaying the date the prepaid was sold or added to the system!
