Survey codes are provided to clients who complete surveys for the business. These codes may be used for discounts on products and services, as determined when creating the survey.

When a client has completed a survey and received a promotion code, selecting this option will open a popup window to allow you to verify that the code is real and not expired.

This will also display what the promotion offers the client. Once the code has been validated, apply the appropriate coupon or discount.
