PatientNow Essentials x RxPhoto Single Sign-On (SSO)
Simplify your login process with the RxPhoto Single Sign-On (SSO) feature! With this integration, you can log in to RxPhoto directly from the PatientNow Essentials mobile app, eliminating the hassle of managing multiple passwords and streamlining your treatment workflows.
Steps to Access RxPhoto via SSO:
Select the Menu button in the bottom right corner to bring up the left side menu and press RxPhoto

After logging in, select a Patient and select Enter Client Record. This option takes you directly to the patient's record in RxPhoto, allowing you to view and manage their clinical photos and data.

Client Details - Forms
Selecting this button navigates you to the patient's forms within RxPhoto, where you can access, complete, and manage various clinical forms.

Client Details - Photos
This option takes you directly to the patient's photos in RxPhoto, allowing you to view and manage their clinical photos and data.

Client Details - QuickSnap
This option enables you to quickly capture a photo or video without using a template. Ideal for capturing spontaneous or time-sensitive images during a treatment session.
