Form 1099-K is a report of payments you got for goods or services during the year. Clients that process payments through our merchant processing partner, Payrix, will receive a 1099-K form for tax reporting.
Forms will be mailed out by via USPS by 1/31 for the previous calendar year.
Forms may also be retrieved in the Payment Portal starting 2/1. To retrieve the form:
Log into the Payment Portal
From the left menu, click on Reports, then choose Tax Documents
Click PDF to download the 1099-K
