One of the biggest benefits of using our business management software is the ability to access our software from a mobile device!

Employees have access to the appointment schedule, client list, employee schedule, employee list, and more in the palms of their hands!

Once you download the app just sign into the app with your username and password.

How to Download

  1. Search "PatientNow Essentials" in either the Apple App Store or Google Play.

  2. Download the app titled "PatientNow Essentials."

  3. Login using the same PatientNow Essentials credentials you would on a computer to access your account! That's it!

With our Employee App, you have access to:

  • Appointment Scheduling where employees can book appointments, create block times, and more!

  • Multi-day appointment viewing and Today's Appointment List which allows for various appointment viewing options

  • Client List where employees can search clients, add clients, edit client profiles, view client formulas, and more!

  • Employee Work Schedule where employees can view the work hours.

  • Daily Totals where employees can view both their own and the business' daily totals.

  • Multi-Location Report Viewing - View your Daily Totals from each one of your locations individually.

  • Employee List where employees can search employees and view employee profiles.

  • Service List where employees can view the service list and service details.

  • Product List where employees can view the product list and product details.

  • Preferred and Pro Users get access to the Tasks feature which allows for adding and assigning employee tasks!
