The PMHX tab allows display and entry of client's past medical history. Individual selections for each section are entered on the corresponding lists. These options may also be entered from medical forms (UpdateMyRecords.com forms) that clients complete.

Diagnoses

Diagnoses are searchable by description or ICD-10 code.
