Importing from Vagaro
Disclaimer: We have created this guide through our experience with our customers importing from different software providers. If you have any difficulty while retrieving your data, it is best to reach out directly to your current software provider for assistance.
Exporting your Data from Vagaro
Log into your Vagaro system to begin exporting your data. We recommend connecting with your implementation specialist to discuss timing of exporting these files to align with your onboarding progress and go live.
Client List
Navigate to the Reports tab at the top of the screen
Select Customers on the left side of the screen and select Advanced Filters
On the Service Providers dropdown select which employee’s customers you would like to include in the migration (select ALL if you plan to export all providers’ customers)
Select Run Report > Export > Excel
Note: From this export we will be able to load in the following fields:
Name
Email
Address
Cell Phone
Day Phone (Work Phone)
Night Phone (Home Phone)
Birthdate
Customer Since
Last Visited
Gender

Employee List
To export an employee's service and price list:
Go to Settings → Employees → Employee Profiles.
In the employee's Status column, select Services.
At the top of the screen, select the Download button, then select whether to save the list in PDF or Excel format.

Retail Products
Select Settings > Inventory > Management
On the Select Products dropdown select ALL
Select Search > Export > Excel
Future Appointments
To export your appointments, please follow these steps:
Navigate to Reports in the top menu
Under Appointments on the left, click on Appointment Summary
Filter for the date range of appointments you are looking to bring over (don’t forget to filter past today’s date to capture future appointments!)
Filter by individual, multiple, or all service providers
Filter for All Customers
In the graph that generates, click on a status (e.g. Service Completed, Requested, Accepted, Cancelled, No Show, etc.)
When you click on an individual status, in the top right of the pop-out there is an Export option
Export to Excel. The file will download to your device
