PatientNow Essentials/EnvisionNow: 5.20.2025 - Release Notes

Chart Smarter: RxPhoto ↔ PatientNow Treatment Sync

Say goodbye to double-entry. Your treatment mark-ups in RxPhoto now flow straight into PatientNow–auto-building the invoice and updating inventory in one seamless move.

Why you’ll love it:

  • Bill precisely. Treatment annotations on completed RxPhoto forms automatically drop on the patient ticket at checkout, ensuring what you chart gets billed accurately.

  • Track injections from your real service list. Pick which PatientNow services appear in RxPhoto’s injection tracker, so you can make markups from the exact list you sell.

  • Built‑in inventory control. When the bill is paid, PatientNow’s native logic removes the exact units from stock— so supplies stay in sync without extra steps.

  • Smoother provider to front desk hand‑offs. Front‑desk staff see quantities at checkout– no decoding notes or chasing providers for totals.

Fewer clicks, cleaner records, and smoother handoffs for your team.

Improvements

Print Diagnoses

You can now include diagnoses when printing the treatment record, giving you a more complete and professional summary for each patient visit. This update ensures all relevant clinical details are captured in one place—making documentation easier to share with patients, providers, or for internal reference.

Minor Enhancements

  • Mobile checkout form resized—Resized the credit card form in online booking to fit on mobile devices better.

  • RxPhoto Forms now load in Concierge—Fixed an issue with RxForms not loading in Concierge when adding forms to a step.

  • Complete manual Concierge steps–You can now archive or complete a deleted step in Concierge so tracking stays tidy.

  • Accurate SMS character counter–Live count updates correctly as you type, delete, or add spaces.

  • Service reminder texts–Fixed an issue so service reminder texts send reliably after services are booked, completed, or sold at the POS.

  • Concierge auto-email—Fixed an issue with Concierge emails being sent out automatically.
