Improvements

Enhanced DoseSpot Integration for e-Prescribe

Keep your records clean and in sync.

  • When a prescription is deleted in DoseSpot, it now also disappears from the Treatment Record Summary in PatientNow. This helps keep your prescription history accurate.

  • Address fields for prescriptions now support up to 35 characters, matching DoseSpot’s limit. If you go over, you’ll get a quick heads-up to trim it down.

See Client List for more details.

Diagnoses in Treatments Report

View client diagnoses right alongside treatments.

  • You can now check the ‘Show Diagnoses’ box in the Treatments Report to include diagnosis details for each client. This makes it easier to view diagnosis details across clients in one place.

New “Unknown” Gender Option

More flexibility in client records.

A new “Unknown” gender option has been added to the gender dropdown menu in the client record.

See the Client List for more details.

Fixes

  • Aged Receivable Report: Clients with future-dated membership bills no longer appear in the Aged Receivable Report.

  • e-Prescribe Pharmacy Info: Fixed an issue that prevented pharmacy names from showing in PatientNow after prescribing in DoseSpot.

  • Updated Knowledge Base link: The in-app link for the Employee Goals Setup article was wandering off on a detour—we gave it a map, and now it directs you to the right article.

  • E‑Prescribe Button Blues: The Prescribe Medication button was greyed out and threw an error. It’s back in action and ready for clicks.

  • Multiple Features and the dd/mm/yyyy Gremlin: Using the day‑first date format was breaking a few things. We’ve straightened them out. Notes now save properly, the Pre‑Treatment button works again, & Document uploads no longer fail.
