Accessing RXPhoto Forms in PatientNow

There are two primary ways to view RXPhoto forms:

  1. From the client’s scheduled appointment

  2. From the client list


Option 1: Viewing Forms from the Appointment Schedule

  1. In your schedule, locate the client’s appointment.

  2. Right-click on the appointment and select Treatment Information.

  3. This opens the client’s treatment record.

  4. At the top toolbar, select the Docs section.

In this section, you’ll see:

  • A list of all completed forms from RXPhoto.

  • Each entry includes the form name, date, and time of completion.

Viewing a Form

  • Use the zoom buttons to zoom in or out.

  • Use the hand icon to click and drag the form around.

  • You can download or print the form if needed.

  • When finished, close the form using the X in the top-right corner.


Where Form Data Appears in the Client Record

When a client submits a digital intake form, the data automatically maps to the appropriate sections in their PatientNow record.

This automation ensures that all relevant health information flows seamlessly from the client’s form submission to their record, reducing manual data entry and improving efficiency.


Viewing RXPhoto Images in PatientNow

You can also access all client images captured through RXPhoto within PatientNow.

Accessing Client Images

  1. From the treatment record, select Client Images in the top left corner.

  2. The Images section will open, displaying all images linked to the client.

For each image, the following icons are available:

  • People Icon: Set the image as the client’s profile photo.

  • Magnifying Glass: View the image in full size.

  • Pencil Icon: Edit image details (category, date, or notes).

  • Minus Icon: Remove the image from the record.

You can select multiple images by clicking on them — selected images are highlighted in bright blue.

Comparing Images

  1. Select two or more images.

  2. Click Compare Images at the top.

  3. Images will display side-by-side for easy comparison.

  4. Click OK to exit comparison mode and return to the images page.

If you’d like to unselect an image, use the Clear Selection button.
When finished, click Close at the bottom of the screen.


Option 2: Viewing Forms and Photos from the Client List

  1. From the top toolbar, go to Clients → Client List.

  2. Search for the client and double-click their name to open their profile.

  3. Use the top toolbar to access:
