Enhancements

Faster Waitlist OutreachWith Phone Numbers Now Built-In

You can now add and confirm a client’s phone number directly within the Waitlist window, making it easier to contact them the moment an appointment becomes available. This eliminates extra steps, supports faster outreach, and creates a smoother experience for both staff and clients.

What you’ll love:

  • Phone number visible where you need it: No more navigating away from the waitlist to find contact details.

  • Smarter defaults: If a client already has phone numbers on file, the system automatically selects the best option.

  • More reliable outreach: Now you can make sure you’re always using the right number when opening a waitlist slot.

Tackle What Matters Most with Task Lists Ordered by Priority

Your Task List is now automatically organized so the most urgent and time-sensitive work appears first—helping you stay focused and avoid missing critical follow-ups. Tasks are ordered first by priority (Urgent, High, Medium, Low) and then by due date, with the oldest items shown first.

What you’ll love:

  • Clear prioritization: Tasks are ordered by priority level (Urgent, High, Medium, Low).

  • Better visibility: Within each priority, tasks are sorted by due date, with the oldest items shown first.

  • Less searching: Quickly identify what needs attention now without scanning the entire list.

Control Lab Visibility with New Role-Based Labs Access

A new Labs Access permission gives you more control over who can view lab results—without requiring every user to have a Health Gorilla account: improving security while keeping the right information accessible to the right people. When Health Gorilla is enabled > Go to the user’s security profile > check or uncheck “Labs Access” to show or hide the Labs tab in the Treatment Record.

What you’ll love:

  • Cleaner permissions: Separate users who only need to view results from those authorized to place lab orders.

  • Improved security: Reduces over-provisioning and unnecessary access.

  • Flexible setup: Easily tailor lab visibility based on team roles.

Fixes

  • Email Marketing Template Fixes: Social media icons now stay centered when alignment is selected, and scrolling works properly after inserting and removing images.

  • RTF Documents Improvement: Documents with tables now display fully when opened, with scrollbars available if content exceeds the viewer window.

  • Adding a New Client in the Rx Window: Save and Cancel buttons now fully display when adding a new client from the Rx workflow, so actions are clear and accessible.
