Create Treatment Records Without an Appointment / Chart Without an Appointment
Not every treatment starts with a scheduled appointment. You can now create treatment records manually, making it easier to document walk-ins, offline treatments, or records that need to be added after the fact.

What You’ll Love
Create a new treatment record directly from the Treatment List by selecting New Treatment and choosing a client.
Create a treatment record from the Treatments tab within a client's profile.
Easily distinguish manually created records, which display a blank Service field, from records linked to scheduled appointments.
Viewing an existing treatment record from the Treatments tab in a client's profile now opens the record in a pop-up window instead of taking you to the Treatment List. When you close the record, you'll remain on the client profile, making it easier to continue your work without losing your place.
