PatientNow Essentials/EnvisionNow: Client Record-Treatments

Client Record - Treatments

How to view and print treatments through a client's record

Navigate to PatientNow Essentials > Clients > Client List (select client profile) > Treatments. Treatments performed on this client will show here. This screen allows you to create new manual records, as well as view and print individual or all treatments for a single client.

  • View Chart Viewing an existing treatment record from the Treatments tab in a client's profile now opens the record in a pop-up window instead of taking you to the Treatment List. When you close the record, you will remain on the client profile, allowing you to easily continue your work without losing your place. (Note: This replaces the previous system behavior where clicking this button would move you to the record on the treatment list)

  • Print Treatment Select the printer to the right of the record to print only the corresponding treatment record.

  • Print All Treatments Selecting the Print All Treatments button will open a modal that allows you to select treatments to show or not show on the printout. After you make your selections, a single document including all the chosen treatment records will appear, facilitating quick viewing or printing of multiple records.

  • The Treatment Printout includes: Patient Name, Treatment Date, Patient Gender, Appointment Description, Patient Date of Birth, Height, Weight, BF%, BMI, BMR, TDEE, B/P, Pulse, Respir, Vital Notes, Subjective notes, Objective notes, Assessment notes, and Plan notes.

If selected, the printout will also display Laser treatments, Imaging, Shots, Allergies, Medications, and Doctor & Nurse Signatures (signatures will not show if there are none).

You can now create treatment records manually without a scheduled appointment directly from the Treatments tab within a client's profile. This makes it easier to document walk-ins, offline treatments, or past records. Navigation: PatientNow Essentials > Clients > Client List > (Select Client) > Treatments > +New Treatment

Manually created records will not have the services field automatically populated. The Service field will remain blank, making it easy to distinguish them from records linked to scheduled appointments.

Once a new treatment record is created, you can select the view icon to see the available details.

Note: The +New Treatment button is NOT available from the Add New Client option
