Allow the terminal a few minutes to download and install the required software.
Once the installation is complete, select Exit.
Swipe left on the screen to view your applications and tap the 'W' icon to launch the Worldpay Android on Cloud application.

Processing Payments

Select the DX8000 as the payment terminal.
The payment request routes to the terminal. The patient inserts, taps, or swipes their card.
The completed transaction automatically returns to PatientNow.
Tips & Best Practices
Use clear, descriptive Terminal IDs so staff can easily identify the correct terminal during checkout.
Complete a test payment before using the terminal with patients to ensure seamless operation.
Always initiate payments directly from PatientNow.
Keep the terminal connected to Wi-Fi and adequately charged during business hours.
Troubleshooting
I do not see an Activation Code. Ensure you have completed the initial device setup and launched the payment application. The Activation Code displays at the end of the activation process.
The terminal is not receiving payment requests. Verify that the terminal is connected to your Wi-Fi network and that the payment lane was successfully created in PatientNow with the correct Activation Code. Ensure the terminal has had a few minutes to finalize activation. If it still does not receive requests, restart the terminal. Contact PatientNow Support if the issue persists.
I need to replace an existing terminal. Create a new lane or update your existing payment configuration based on your organization's setup. Activate the replacement terminal using its unique Activation Code.
Additional Information
The DX8000 securely supports EMV chip cards, contactless tap-to-pay payments, mobile wallets, magnetic stripe cards, and other supported card-present transactions.
