Managing multiple locations requires a delicate balance of high-level oversight and deep local understanding. To support your growth, PatientNow Enterprise (PNE) is transitioning from a system where you inspect locations one by one to a unified view. This update brings your entire multi-site practice into focus, allowing you to monitor regional and enterprise health in real time.

1. Region Filtering: Regional Insights Across Existing Dashboards
To make your day-to-day analysis more seamless, a dedicated region filter has been added to your existing Insights Hub dashboards. You can now apply a filter—such as "Midwest"—to instantly re-scope every card on the dashboard to that specific region. Removing the filter returns you to the complete, enterprise-wide view.
This filtering capability is active across your existing reports, including the Top KPI, Sales, and Enrollment & Retention dashboards. Please note that the region filter is included on every dashboard in your Insights Hub except the Consent Report.
2. Inside the New Enterprise Health Dashboards
For deeper, multi-site analytics, we have introduced three specialized Enterprise Health dashboards. Integrated directly into your PNE platform, these dashboards bring sophisticated business intelligence into your daily workflow.
Enterprise Health — Sales: This dashboard offers a comprehensive, region-filterable view of your sales performance. From a single screen, you can evaluate regional sales trends and drill down directly to the raw, location-level transactions that drive your revenue.
Enterprise Health — Customer: Designed to help you understand your patient base across regions, this dashboard displays total customer count, average customer age, and monthly trends for both new and existing customers. It features regional breakdowns for customer demographics including ethnicity, gender, and age groups as well as patient referral sources and customer retention over time. You can also track membership trends, including membership revenue, new sign-ups, and cancellations over time.
Enterprise Health — Appointments: This dashboard visualizes your scheduling patterns to optimize practice capacity. Track total appointments and pre-booked appointments over time, evaluate bookings by specific dates and types, and compare pre-bookings against walk-ins. Key appointment metrics are also broken down by region to help you identify high-performing locations.
3. Navigating Your Dashboards: Four-Level Discovery
True clarity comes from being able to trace a broad trend back to its source. Every metric and card on these new dashboards supports a precise four-level drill-down path:
Region: Provides a high-level operational perspective. Selecting this option allows you to evaluate rolled-up performance across custom geographic groups (such as the Midwest). It helps you spot macro-trends, compare regional health, and guide high-level growth strategies without getting lost in individual site details.
Location: Identifies site-specific performance. Drilling down to this level reveals how individual clinics contribute to your regional success. It helps you compare physical sites to identify which locations are thriving and which might benefit from closer operational support.
Provider/Employee: Highlights team dynamics and individual contributions. This view shifts the focus to your people, letting you review metrics at the individual level. It helps practice leaders understand scheduling efficiency, track provider-specific trends, and support staff based on clear, individualized metrics.
Customer: Delivers raw, underlying data. At this deepest level, the clinical and financial metrics represent real human journeys. You can access raw transaction histories, specific demographics (such as age or referral source), and individual appointment records, allowing you to trace any high-level trend back to a specific patient interaction.

This structured path allows you to transition seamlessly from a high-level regional summary all the way down to individual provider performance and raw patient interaction details.
To further customize your view, interactive filters are available for:
Date ranges
Specific locations
Providers or employees
Individual customers
Reassuring Role-Based Security
Enterprise security remains our highest priority. All data access is strictly enforced at the data layer through role-based permissions. This means team members and single-location staff will only see the specific regions and locations they are authorized to view, keeping sensitive business information secure.
Standard Hub Conveniences
These dashboards are designed to fit effortlessly into your routine, featuring standard Insights Hub conveniences:
Saved Filters: Preserve your favorite regional views for quick access.
Scheduled Reports: Automate your reporting by having scheduled summaries delivered directly to your inbox.
Built-in Help Button: Access helpful documentation and guidance on demand.
4. Getting Started Checklist
