TextNOW is a bi-directional texting service that allows you to more freely communicate with your patients. You may send appointment reminders, send a personalized text to a patient, or have the patient text you directly. The patient can even attach a picture!

button in the upper right-hand corner of the patientNOW. Your TextNOW number is listed below the license type.
Patients can “Resubscribe” if they Accidentally Unsubscribe
When a patient has unsubscribed to TextNOW (either on purpose or accidentally), the patient may resubscribe by sending either the word “Start” or the word “Subscribe” (without the “).
The resubscription may take 15 – 30 minutes to reflect in patientNOW.
