The myPatientNOW Sync option allows you to take the information about the patient in patientNOW and send it to the patient portal (myPatientNOW). At the same time, patientNOW checks for any information on the patient portal that may have changed.
There are 3 parts to the myPatientNOW Sync
- Sync Patient with MyPatientNOW
- the data transfer between the 2 systems
- the review and accept data window
Sync Patient with MyPatientNOW
This dialog appears when you select the myPatientNOW Sync option, and includes the option to send an invitation email to the patient. It allows you to confirm that you are syncing the correct patient, and to send an email invite to the patient.
