Introduction

PatientNow and AestheticNow have integrated to provide customers the best of both worlds: tracking referral sources from AestheticNow Opportunities and using PatientNow pathways or AestheticNow Marketing strategies to market to prospects and patients effectively. Additionally, PatientNow’s calendar moves patients through AestheticNow Sell Status, which may trigger AestheticNow Campaigns. 

With bidirectional communication between the two platforms, PatientNow can offer even more opportunities to market and track patient conversions, as well as run reports on the most effective referral sources and campaigns to help boost revenue.

Sync PatientNow and AestheticNow

The first step is to sync the AestheticNow contact list to the PatientNow patient list. This only needs to happen once. 

  1. Log in to AestheticNow.
  2. Navigate to Contacts.
  3. Click Sync Contacts with PatientNow.

This action adds all PatientNow patients into AestheticNow’s Contacts List. For instance, PID 217, James Alten, is not a contact in AestheticNow. 

After syncing with PatientNow, James Alten is found as a Contact in AestheticNow as well. AestheticNow Source, Group, and Sell Status  for the contact is Imported from PatientNow, PN Integration, and Existing Patient respectively.

Bidirectional Patient Demographics

After syncing PatientNow and AestheticNow, any Patients created in PatientNow will automatically be added to AestheticNow Contacts and vice versa. 

The following information is shared between the two platforms upon Patient / Contact creation:

  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Date of Birth
  4. Gender
  5. Phone Number (Cell / Mobile)
  6. Email Address (Primary)
  7. Physical Address (Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, & Zip Code)
  8. Referral Source
  9. PatientNow ID #
  10. Referral Source

Any updates to the above fields updates PatientNow and AestheticNow bidirectionally. The most recent update will be displayed on both platforms.

Actions on the PatientNow Calendar updates the AestheticNow Sell Status in the following manner:
