If a Membership Plan has been paid for and is active, you may cancel that plan.
Select Patient and navigate to Patients | Registration/Billing, Invoices Tab.
Select the Membership Invoice to cancel.
Select Cancel on the right side.
Enter the Cancellation Date and select OK.
