Tasks and Communications

My Communications

If a communication has been assigned to you for review or response, you may select the envelope icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Communications might include emails, texts, or phone calls.

You may select a specific communication to display options (e.g. Select Patient).

My Open Tasks

Select the push pin icon in the upper right corner. Then select the specific task to display options (e.g. Select Patient).

Incoming Text Messages

To view incoming text messages, select the Phone icon in the upper right corner.

At the top of the screen, the text # for the practice is displayed so you can provide to a patient.

If the incoming phone number is only associated with one patient in your system, it will automatically associate the text with that patient. If it doesn’t recognize the number, or more than one patient has the same cell #, you will need to manually associate the text with an existing patient.
