PatientNow version 7.0.215 is only available for PatientNow clients utilizing the cloud product and is available as of August 12th, 2022. Your practice will receive a notification of the date in which you are scheduled to receive this update. It is important that you completely close and exit PatientNow at the end of the day before your scheduled update.

RxPhoto Integration Enhancements

With the new RxPhoto integration enhancements, you will now be able to manipulate and perform all functions on photos captured in RxPhoto! 

Photos Captured in RxPhoto Accessible in PatientNow Photos Tab

Clinical photos captured in RxPhoto will now be available in both the RxPhoto tab and the Photos tab in PatientNow. By residing in the Photos tab, RxPhoto photos may be:

1. Viewed and marked up on both the Windows Client and the PatientNow iPad App.
2. Inserted into Encounter Notes or Email Documents.
3. Marked up from within an Encounter Note.
4. Compare Before & After photos in PatientNow.
5. Tag a photo.

Note: RxPhoto forms will be available in the RxForms tab in PatientNow.

Merging Patients in PatientNow Reflected in RxPhoto

When two patients are merged in PatientNow, the merge is also performed in RxPhoto with integrated PatientNow / RxPhoto accounts.

Push All RxPhoto Images and Documents to PatientNow

Current RxPhoto clients may have RxPhoto images and documents stored in RxPhoto prior to integrating with PatientNow. If you would like those images and documents to also be available for use in PatientNow, please contact support@rxphoto.com. PatientNow storage fees will apply.

More Visibility on Text Page Numbers

Keeping you in the know, users will receive a warning message when they have used 50% of their allotted text pages as well as when their limit has been reached. A text page is any text up to 160 characters. When 160 characters are surpassed in a single text, this will count as additional text pages.
