Note: PatientNow version 7.0.221 is only available for PatientNow clients utilizing the cloud product and is available as of March 2, 2023. Your practice will receive a notification of the date in which you are scheduled to receive this update. It is important that you completely close and exit PatientNow at the end of the day before your scheduled update.

Practice & Leads APIs

The Practice API allows practices to query certain types of data configured in PatientNow such as referral sources, procedures of interest, referral details, etc. This can be used by a CRM or other lead generating app to fetch data that can be pushed to PatientNow when creating leads.

The Leads API provides the ability to create new leads or update leads in PatientNow, or get a list of leads by certain search criteria.
