Introduction

PatientNow v.7.0.211 includes a fresh new look to myPatientNow as well as some updates to marketing emails displaying character count and message count.

You will be notified in PatientNow of your scheduled update date and time.

myPatientNow:

myPatientNow has been redesigned to make an effortless workflow for patients to follow. The beautiful redesign helps practices show their best face, so to speak, in an industry that is primarily focused on aesthetics.

New URL

With the redesign of myPatientNow comes a new URL. Practices will have access both to their old (Legacy URL) as well as their new myPatientNow URL. Below are example of Legacy and New myPatientNow URLs:

Legacy: https://mypatientnow.pnowclouddev.com/?PID=0000

New: https://portal.mypatientnow.com/practice/0000/login

Additionally, the new URL will not redirect the page, therefore, practices and patients may bookmark the link in order to return to myPatientNow easily.

Accessing the New URL

  1. Navigate to Administration > Data Tables > myPatientNow.
  1. Where the MPN URL used to be, now find: Legacy myPatientNow URL:
    1. the old URL, which will take users to the old myPatientNow.

Important Note: For the new myPatientNow link to work, please replace <PID> in the URL to the practice’s PatientNow ID #.

  1. New myPatientNow QR Code: A QR code that can be scanned to be taken directly to the new myPatientNow URL.
    1. Click Download QR Code to download. Some practices may print the QR code and display it in their office for ease of access.
